An alcohol free gentle toner specially formulated to complete the cleansing process and leave skin feeling clean and refreshed. Contains Seaweed Extract Polymarine, which provides skin with hydrating minerals and vitamins, and witch hazel, which helps tone and tighten the skin. Apply a moderate amount to a cotton pad and wipe over entire face and neck, preferably after using Mineral Care cleansing milk.
