Dry skin knows no age limits but has many causes. It is characterised by fine, almost invisible pores and often feels tight. It may flake or show a powder like chapping on the surface. Dry skin frequently has tiny lines around the eyes and mouth and on the chin. If the skin does not shine or show oiliness at all, the skin is characteristically dry.
